The time now is I know the sweeping part has been put up on guitar tricks but i want to learn the whole song. Altitudes Tab by Jason Becker
I’ve only been playing for about 8 years now. I own that all to my music instructor. The overall tonality hardly changes, so just do what you feel is most altihudes. He uses odd shapes all the time. Promotion, advertising and link building is not permitted. He used the second one.
He didn’t really slide much when he did fast arpeggio runs, and those basic triad arpeggios are what he seemed to use the most. Technique-wise, it’ll all become second-nature within a few years anyways.
Anyway, it’s a cool program for figuring out just about anything, especially if you can’t find certain tabs.
He most definitely used the first one. Can you play the whole song and how the hell did you manage to tab beckef all out? The reason I play other musicians music is to learn from them and beckeg it their way.

Yeah, i can play it, took me a little bit to get it all right though. My ear is pretty well developed, most stuff i can usually transcribe. Thanks you so much for the tabs: You can probably find the demo with a search engine or download the full program from Kazaa or something not that I’m advocating piracy. To me it really sounds like there is something more going on that. Then my teacher taught me what to listen for,all the different voicings and so on.

I can usually work out some slower stuff like the first part off altitudes i start to figure out a few weeks ago but i dont know how you can work out the fast jaosn. Anyone know where i could get the tabs for the whole song?

Does anybody know Beckers playing inside out? I’ll use the first arpeggio for example. By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they’re saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds.
I’ve played through the song several times, and I’ve always used that inversion every time that minor arpeggio is being played.
