Everyt Oh man, you know those times in which you look at the clock and it is heartwihses, and the next time you look at it it’s 4AM, and it didn’t even feel as if that much time passed because of how much you were drawn into whatever it was you were doing?
First, let me start by saying that everything in this book fell into place a little too easily.

The story is not flawless by any means, but the dialogue is so playful and wonderful–it makes devefaux ridiculously easy to fall in love with her characters. Heqrtwishes magic is weak. Remember the hysteria when the Harewhistle disappeared? Just wanted to defend Jude…. When Gemma thought of the suave sophistication of Kirk and Isla, she could easily imagine their charming some small town woman.

Even the guesthouse that was to be used by whomever got the job was lovely. She glanced at her watch, told herself she had plenty of time before lunch, then stretched out on her stomach and began to read in earnest. My thoughts on this light romance have more to do with my current situational and emotional state think stress in bold caps than the novel itself. I love the idea of small town life.

Wonderful, heart warming story Fun read, not as compelling as some of her books.
The floor was carpeted in some modern, off-white fabric that was supposed to look like it was handwoven. Wishes was published twenty years ago. Deveraux manages to evoke a strong and convincing atmosphere for each of her books, but her dialogue and characters are as familiar as a modern-day soap opera’s.
